TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Refund and exchange are not allowed especially after the transactions have been made.
2. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damage during delivery. We will give you the tracking number of your parcel once the parcel is sent.
3. We only reserve the item for 3days, as we operate on a first come, first served basis. If payment is not remitted within 3 days of confirmation, the item will be released.
4. All products are Brand New item.
5. The item as modeled may slightly different in terms of colour due to Monitor’s Resolution. 6. If you are using bank-in method via cash deposit machine . we understand that you are not allowed to deposit RM1 note . so . if you pay more than the total . we will be returning the balance together in your parcel.
